Home Care Designed Around You

At Sirius, we recognise that everyone – and their needs – are different. Our home care services are entirely bespoke and designed around you as an individual. It’s your home, your life, your choice.

We can support you with all aspects of everyday life – from help with food shopping and cooking meals, through to helping you get washed and dressed. Whether you need support once a week or several times a day, our services are always tailored to you.

Our Home Care Services Include:

We can offer support with all aspects of personal care, such as bathing, showering, dressing and undressing, applying creams and lotions, toileting and continence care.

Working within your own daily routines, our carers offer discreet and professional personal care in the comfort of your own home.

With this level of support on hand you can stay safe, happy and independent in your own home, without the need for residential care and all its consequent upheaval.

Managing medicines can be challenging, particularly if you’re taking several different types at various points in the day.

Our carers can help ensure you take the right medicines at the right time of day or night.

They can also order and pick up prescriptions on your behalf, allowing you to stay safe and comfortable at home.

Our team can accompany you to the shops, do your food shopping for you, or help you do an online food shop. They can also help you put it away afterwards, so you can put your feet up.

Need help preparing and cooking your meals? Our team will be happy to help you plan and prepare tasty healthy dishes – and they’ll wash up afterwards!

We all know that balanced diet is key to a long, healthy life – our carers can keep an eye on your food and fluid intake and raise any concerns with you or your loved ones.

If getting to the doctors or hospital by yourself is starting to be challenging, we can provide a door-to-door service. We’ll pick you up, drop you off and bring you home.

If you wish, we can also accompany you to the appointment itself and even take notes to share with loved ones if you wish.

We’ll take away the stress of the logistics, so you can focus on your health.

Social interaction is critical to maintaining good mental health.

Our carers can drop in for a cup of tea and a relaxed chat at home, take you to your social club or even accompany you to your favourite restaurant.

We want you to continue to live well and enjoy your later life – just let us know what will make you happy, and we’ll make it happen.

Now more than ever, staying in touch with loved ones is so important – it can make such a difference to your health and happiness.

To help you stay connected, we can make videocalls to your family and friends. It really couldn’t be easier – we’ll bring the technology with us and call your loved ones at a pre-agreed time.

Leaving you to focus on enjoying the conversation and seeing their smiling faces.

If housework is getting more challenging and you’d appreciate an extra pair of hands, we can help.

Perhaps you need support with your washing, changing the beds is becoming onerous, or doing the hoovering is physically difficult for you.

Our carers will be happy to help get your home back in order and stay on top of the regular chores, so you can focus on enjoying the good things in life.

We know that pets are part of the family and having a furry friend in your home can bring a lot of joy. But pets also require a lot of looking after, which can become overwhelming as your own circumstances and/or health change over time.

Our carers can help to feed and look after your pet –such as taking your dog for a daily walk, a long overdue grooming session, or even to the vet.

We’ll take good care of them so you can just enjoy the cuddles.
