Great care cannot be delivered in a rush, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our service. We allow appropriate time for our carers in between visits – they’ll never have to cut someone else’s call short to arrive with you on time.

With Sirius there are no hidden charges, and unlike many other providers we charge the same rate 364 days a year. This allows you to plan and budget accordingly, with no surprises – with us, you’ll always know where you are.

Our online care management system can provide your loved ones (with your prior permission) with instant access to information on your care visits, meaning they can stay up to date with your care and are notified of any concerns or changes.

As a client you’ll have access to our 24/7 on call service, giving you and your loved ones extra reassurance and peace of mind. We’ll also conduct regular reviews with you – these are your opportunity to provide us with any feedback, or request a change or addition to your service.
